12 Volt constant according to a board member. They are dedicated DRL not dimmed or partially powered headlamps or highbeams. Let me know what you got!

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Steve at Xenon depot was a great help. I bought the xtreme HID kit (8000K) and they were a breeze to install. Have a look at the finished product.

I've had them on for about 2 months now.. they were a little too blue for my taste so i just ordered a pair of 4300K bulbs. I'll post a photo once they come.

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Thanks for taking the time to post some feedback. You will be happier with the 4300k HID kit as it will offer you a whiter and more functional light output.

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Steve at Xenon Depot.

Great help prior to ordering to ensure I got the correct fitment and light output I was looking for. Oh, I didn't even need to pay customs and they only took four days to get here!!

So I ordered the Xtreme HID 4300k Philips kit and the quality of the product was second to none. Had a great time installing it yestarday and worked first time with no problems - I was impressed at myself!

Here's a little pic I took after the install; Steve and team, thanks so much for your help!!!

Thanks bud!! Glad you're enjoying the Xtreme HID kit w/ Philips bulbs. If you get a chance, take some night time shots.

It was a pleasure working with you!!

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

well i must say that I'm not too happy with you guys....

When i first got my volt kits, one of the ballasts for my headlight didn't work right so i called and got a replacement and payed to get it the next day since i needed it right away. No big deal, got it and it works great now with no problems.

Now my ballast for one of my fog lights is bad so i called and said they would ship it right out to me. I figured i would have it in a week...nope here we are a week later and still no replacement. I call to see what the deal is and they tell me it will take about 12 days to receive it. Just not too happy with this. I never had this problem with my old HIDs that i had. Only reason i bought them is because of all the good reviews i read on this site....

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Bigdiesel74,

I'm sorry that you are experiencing these problems. I can assure you that this is not common with our product otherwise we would not be a recommended vendor on this forum. The fact that you are having an issue with 2 ballasts is highly unlikely. Perhaps it's best that we have the product sent in so that our tech can take a look at it and see what the issue is. As per delivery times, we ship via the postal service free of charge if it's under warranty. We cannot control ship times.

if its highly unlikely then what is my problem?? I've hooked up many kits and never had a problem. I had my other brand kits hooked up on my other jeep the same exact way that i have these kits hooked up on my new jeep and never had one problem. I'm having a problem right now with one of the fogs. I thought that it wasn't getting good power because it would cut out like it lost power so i hooked up a relay harness to the fogs and the problem is still there. I have an extra bulb laying around and hooked up the bulb that i know has no problem and it still did the same thing. the thing that i don't get is that it worked fine for a month or 2 and now its acting up....

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

I'm honestly not sure. If you are still experiencing an issue (even with the replacement components that we have sent you) then I would suggest having the kit sent in. Please send me a PM with your order details so that I can provide you with return instructions on how to send it back. Once we get it here we can bench test the components and see what is going on.

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Just got my 2008 GC Laredo the other day and I'm thinking about ordering some lows and fogs.

Which specific kits do I need for the low beams and fogs? Thanks

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

psprat496,
Thank you for contacting us.

Your vehicle uses a 9006 bulb for the low beams and an H10 bulb for the fog lights. This means that you would need to get a 9006 HID conversion kit and an H10 HID conversion kit to upgrade both.

Did you have any questions about selecting HID Kit color temperatures?

Steve

Re: Xenon Depot Official Feedback Thread

Sounds great! I want a hint of blue in the light but at the same time want a very bright output so I guess I'm gonna go with 6000k for both.
