United Radio Automotive Electronics

My MYGIG RER was acting up and i thought it finally gave out when the screen wouldnt turn on. Couldnt read any DVDs/CDs . Navi freezes/laggy and couldnt display correct location. Worst case scenario was looking into another unit.
After doing some research on the mygig forums, i came across United Radio that fixes all types of navigation systems.

Review:

These guys are top notch. Because its a stock unit, they work with Chrysler to get it done which means it will take a hit on your wallet. The flat rate for all the Chrysler units is $450 shipped with a ONE day turnaround(located in Syracuse,NY, so i had it back in 2 days after i mailed it) and a ONE year warranty.

For aftermarket units it can cost anywhere from $50-$200.

After their diagnostics they contact you to let you know the problems and whether if you want to continue. For me, they pretty much replaced everything from the harddrive to the screen.

So if anyone have problems with either their stock or aftermarket unit, I highly recommend United Radio.

Re: United Radio Automotive Electronics

Glad to hear that United radio service is still providing great service. I used them to fix Alpine and Craig radios over 30 years ago.
