22'' wheels

Need some feedback on tire profile size for 22'' wheels i am purchasing. What is the largest street tire i can put on my 2010 jeep grand cherokee limited with or without rubbing, i want them to fill the wheel well better than my 265/35/22... would a 45 fit with leaving the suspension stock?

Re: 22'' wheels

you can do a 265/40/22 or a 285/35/22 tire. those are the biggest that i know of that will fit without problems.

Re: 22'' wheels

I run 285/35/22..... and I feel it is the biggest you can go without tirning a VERY minor occasional rub into a daily rub.....

I am running the wk bilsteins and stock SRT springs. I am debating on purchasing the eibachs but I was worried about fitment as well as how it would look in the winter with the stock wheels and tires lol

Re: 22'' wheels

Lowered or not it doesn't matter. My tire size has virtually the same wall height as a 265/40 (and are wider!), and I actually wheel mine kinda off-road with the big wheels and there is NO issues at all.
