Re: Altitude grill or plasti dip grill

My plastidip grill inserts have held up rather nicely, and it's been a year since I've done so. And this is coming from all 4 New York seasons, never garaged :P and being a daily driver. The trick is to do many coats. Go lightly first, then heavier each time. I think I must've done 8 coats.

Re: Altitude grill or plasti dip grill

That's pretty much the method I used on a set or rims once. Worked well, and held up to winter in N.E.Ohio.

FWIW, I recently painted my grille rings too. I did the same method that I used on the lower valance. So far the valance is clean and unchipped so the grille rings shouldn't have any problems holding up.
