Cubby Hole Switch Panel

okay, so I currently dont have anything that requires an additional switch but in the event that I do acquire something that will need a sepearte switch, I like the idea of using the cubby hole to the left of the steering wheel to be used to house the switches...
I know this has been done by numerous people.. and saguaro4x4 makes a panel and switches to do so BUT it seems like that panel and the poeple who have done so all do it with or for 05-07s... the cubby hole on the 08+ models is smaller than the one in the 05-07s, so the saguaro panel wont work... I know the immediate thought would be to just cut it down.. but I think you end up with an uneven amount space for switches... something like 2 and half. or 3 and a half and frankly that will look dumb and unfinished as well as not having room for another full switch which at some point could come in handy for something.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this issue? or is there a company that makes a panel for the 08+ WKs to use the smaller cubby hole for switches like 05-07 owners do? maybe contacting saguaro would be best? Anyone have a cubby hole modded for switches on an 08+ ?

Re: Cubby Hole Switch Panel

so i actually found one that saguaro makes for the WKs with smaller cubby holes like mine which is sweet, only this is now, they dont provide the switches with it.. and it doesnt seem like they carry them on their site...which is odd..

where is the best place i can find the switches pictured?
they say they are Carling Tech V. Series Contura sealed rocker switches(ARB air locker style)...
having trouble finding these... I went to the Carling website, but not sure how it works in terms of ordering and whatnot...
i also came across these on amazon by daystar.. http://www.amazon.com/Daystar-KU8001...=pd_sim_auto_3

are they the same?

saguaro also mentioned you can get blanks to fill the spaces of the switches if you dont actually need 4 switches... where can i find those? thanks guys

Re: Cubby Hole Switch Panel

Daystar will not fit properly. They are slightly larger. I have the non-laser etched switches.

Re: Cubby Hole Switch Panel

They are certainly cool looking. But the LED's I have kind of deem them obsolete at this point. Of course they were the first set of lights I purchased about 2 years ago.
