and guys; please correct me if i am wrong???

so that said, will running a regulator say at 10 or 12 volts help keep the rings working longer? i know the 3 led failures are the resistor and not the LED itself but will less voltage be BETTER for longevity ??

and I thought things were clear in the GB that a 2 color ring is NOT the same as a single color. for me I THINK its just cuase the rings are so huge it looks a bit funny.....

but I knew what i bought./

how about this Steve??/ any insights or something for us........

Re: FlashTech GB - WK/SRT8

^x2.
Im no expert at electrical wiring but if we use a receiver that is 12V to hook up to the halos, will that act as a regulator? 14V on Jeep with 12V receiver=12V? This is my setup atm http://www.oznium.com/12v-remote-dimmer-strobe-switch

I just finished installing the new set (6k/6k) and it was a PITFA, looks !!!! tho lol. Reopening the lamps wasnt a problem, but wiring it up again was a pain. I had to spend a few good hours outside soldering and wiring these sons of b*tches

Just got flashtech fog halos (300C) for my 09 Jeep and a dimmer switch from oznium... the halos say 10V on the package and came with a voltage regulator... can I just use the oznium dimmer switch as a voltage regulator? kinda confusing lol thanks

I need to see if i can get the green led's replced with white... toooooo many tickets from these. It sucks when a cop says "these are badass dude" while writing you over a $100 ticket. I'm gonna send yall a message to see if that can happen.

cpt

I doubt it will be very cost effective to "replace" only the green leds bro...

FT doesnt make the rings in house....they are outsourced from China

just go with replacements....

Re: FlashTech GB - WK/SRT8
