Flashtech Warranty Program!

Hey guys and gals,

In order to clear up confusion on how warranty and exchanges work for Flashtech we are going to lay it out in detail here for everyone to see! The large majority of our products carry a lifetime warranty from manufacturer defect. This warranty is valid when the person who purchased the items is the one making the claim and the item was installed properly and under normal operating conditions. If a used item is purchased or given the item does not fall under this warranty. In order to go ahead and warranty the item the customer has two options.

option 1) Send back the old item to be tested. Once the item is received and has tested bad, the customer will pay return shipping (usually a flat $10.00) and will have a new item of equal or greater value sent to them. Before the bad item can be sent back a RMA number will need to be obtained by calling 1800 442 9096 and talking to WES.

option 2) Pay a $25.00 per item core charge + shipping (usually a flat $10.00) and a new item or item(s) will be mailed out immediately. An RMA number will be given and you will have 90 days from the day the RMA number is given to send the old part(s) back. Once the old part(s) are sent back and tested bad the core charge minus shipping will be refunded.

these two options have been in place for almost a year now and have been proven to be the best two options for our customers. These are the ONLY two options available. New Items WILL not be sent out unless a core charge and shipping is paid in advance.

DOA and Items damaged in shipping

If an item comes DOA, the two options above still need to be used. The only difference is shipping will be refunded for an item that is determined to be sent not working.

If an item is damaged in shipping, filing a claim with FedEx will need to happen immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of an item damaged in shipping. A claim will be made to FedEx and we will handle each situation on a case by case basis

Flashtech strives to make all aspects of doing business with us painless! Even under the unfortunate situation that a part does go bad we will do everything in our power to get you back on the road immediately! We love our customers and are thankful for the continued support!
