Glass shop glue - what do they use?

OK got a question. I just got my Laredo rear quarter windows put in - the trim that extends past the window has a 3M tape backing which holds it in place, I think due to the cold the tape strip came loose from the body of the Jeep. So the trim is sort of warping outward just a tad (I'm really anal with it LOL)

I tried using 3M super gasket adhesive but no luck, while I was cleaning out my 3M mess I could see the glue the shop used. It looks very thick, almost like it went in hot. But anyways anyone know what they use for glue?

I need to get some to tack down my trim once and for all.

Thanks

3M Urethane windshield adhesive in the caulking tube. its about $20 at most auto parts stores. it can be used for many things and will work as a heavy duty adhesive for cutoms stuff too.

That should work fine. When i worked at a shop doing truck accessories we mounted a horse shoe to a chrome brush guard for a Ferrier and we used that for it and years later its still on the truck. The stuff is serious business. Less is more with that stuff.
