hyper flash

i have had LEDs in my front parking lights/turn signals for about 2 years now and even though i've gotten used to it i'd rather still have them flash at the right speeds. i don't remember exactly what type of LEDs they are but what are the ways of fixing this? are the "high powered" LEDs on V-LEDs enough so that they don't hyper flash?
