yea i wanted a jeep green one when I first started looking for a grand cherokee but that color was only on 07 and up ones. I originally didnt like the wk jeep grand cherokee body style over the wj. I think I like the wj so much is because one of my friends parents bought him a brand new black one back in the day and I loved them ever since. After seeing alot of WK's on here I have definitly changed my mind on them. They look great when you put wheels on them and look even more amazing with the srt8 body kit.
However I really love the color jeep I got, inferno red tinted pearl coat. It looks awesome especially on sunny days. Orange/fire-red colors are visible in the paint. i think its cause of the process of doing the inferno red tinted pearl coat. It costs like 200 more for that paint job when you ordered the jeep because its three-stage paint application process. here is an explaination of how they do the paint job for this color.
"an explaination of pearlcoat's"
all of the colors are topped with clear, or tint added clear. some even have a slightly different "tint" added to the base coat. Caring for the finish is no different than what you would normally do. (which I hope you are using my products, LOL
) The Inferno red tinted pearlcoat on our cruisers (which is one reason I got this color) is actually a 3-stage paint application. (remember the added cost of that color I think it was $200 extra.) The primer has a coat of light silver added before it gets the red, giving this color added depth.
