Yes but the camera just exaggerated what was already there. It appears that the camera was above the cutoff so if it glared in the camera, it'll glare in other people's eyes.
I agree, I'm mot a fan of the aftermarket projector headlights for the WK. They make the WK look stoned with those droopy eyes (projectors low in the housing). I love the look of the OEM HIDs though, way to go Jeep!
Have you considered doing your own retrofit? It's easier than you think, and cheap too.

(that small bit of glare/flare right at the headlight was only because the shrouds weren't installed. This was just a shot while I was testing the aim before I permanently locked the projectors into place)
