Thanks Marty...that was the hope...that it would look stock and not like a kit I stuck on over something. Hey, you don't need to say goodbye to your lumber...maybe toy around with doing parts that come from the factory looking even more boring like A-pillars or shifter consoles. This stuff can be addicting....

Wow that looks amazing, did you have to take those assemblies out, and wrap them? or some other way?

I want to do that to my interior now!

Sorry Tony but I'm totally going to copy this mod and wrap my interior in carbon fiber as well! I just need to to order the stuff lol
I got 2 sample sizes of 4"x8" and wrapped the back of my phone and my key fob as well! Thanks for the idea

I practiced with the easy to remove parts, like the small piece above the driver's side vent and the radio bezel. Those pop right off. Once I realized how simple this stuff is to work with, I did the part above the glove box and the doors without removing. A plastic spatula/putty knife made it super easy to tuck the wrap around the back without removing it. An old credit card would work too. That and a hair dryer is all you need buddy.

The trim above the glove box is next to impossible to remove. It's bolted on from the back and you need to yank 1/2 the dash to remove it. The ones on the doors are "plastic welded" in.

Do it dude...changes the whole look of the interior. What color are you planning on? You've got a gray interior, right?

Re: One less WJ with a wood interior

Yeah I have the gray interior so I'm gonna go with the black carbon fiber. Just wrapped my blackberry in it and it looks great!
The camouflage I had on the woodgrain turned blue twice already so I hope this stuff will last longer than 6 months! Heck hopefully it lasts a couple years lol its a pain rewrapping this crap lol
