Well after spotting this bad boy at a bargain price on car-part.com and Rob kindly helping out by purchasing and shipping it over to me I couldn't wait to get it on.
I read a article a while back on removing the wheel provided by a member here. It looked a PITA to do but I was up for it, however rather than drilling holes in the steering wheel I came across a gear puller. Very cheap tool and no mess or risk of damaging anything.
Here's a pic if you're interested in doing this yourself:
There are notches in the wheel where the legs just slip into which make it a one minute job to remove the old wheel with no damage.
I swapped over my the plastics from the old wheel to the Overland one as mines looked cleaner but that was easy.
Anyways, here is a pic of the new wheel fitted in all its glory!
I've got enough wood to keep me happy inside now.
Apologies for the crummy iPhone photos and the cloth laying in the footwell, the interior was getting cleaned at the time.
Massive thanks to Rob, couldn't have got it without you man!
