paint...plasti-dip...3m vinyl.

I just got my wk2! Now I want to get to work on blacking out the chrome...the grille, and rear tailgate strip to start. Should I paint, spray with plasti-dip, or use 3m vinyl? I like the idea of vinyl since its not permanent, keeping in mind the original look is best for resale purposes. Anyone have experiences with these options?

Plasti dip is removable without damage to original finish.

i would have rear piece painted body color or get the altitude black one.

That's another thing I considered..the altitude trim. I found the grill on ebay for $375, but can't find the rear piece
