If you really want the BEST look...do the full Brembo Brake upgrade...I painted mine last year and then went to Brembos this year...even painted they looked pretty good though
Here's the stock calipers painted
And here's the brembos
I've been able to find some "decent" prices on brembo calipers, which is what most of us interested in big brake kits are concerned about. I see that you had the factory rotors and moved to the Brembo's. Aside from the calipers themselves, did you have to purchase anything else specific to those calipers? I spoke with someone from justforjeeps.com and he tried selling me everything (rotors, pads, splash shield, rattle clips, etc). Are you able to use any pads/rotors you choose? I ask because I upgraded my rotors/pads to Stoptech this past year. FYI, I have a 2012 Wk2 Laredo X with 18s so obviously I'll need bigger wheels to fit.
Appreciate any help you or other members can provide. Thanks!
