Re: Polarized Windshield tint. Is there such a thing? Where do I get it?

The same thing can happen from your tail lights if you're rearended. The person just has to say they couldn't see your tail lights and you'll be at fault.

The easiest and legal way to "polarize the windshield" is to wear polarized sunglasses. Then any light that comes into your eye has been polarized.

Yeah that seems like the only legal way to do it. Just I hate wearing glasses...
