started with some mods today

plastidipped c-pillar

plastidipped wooden centerconsole

complete led interior lighting
(footwells with led-stripes)

led license plate lights


more to come:
plastidipped wheels
wheel spacers
some serious audio upgrades

so i need some brighter lowbeam bulbs now...

by the way: the german Jeeps do not have this Little amber sidemarkerlight inside the Amber reflector. could someone Tell me what Kind of light it is and how i can get one?

Re: startet with some mods today

I found my cornerning lights @ Autozone.com, even if you don't buy them they will give you a list of the types of lights throughout your car and you can google and find the ones you need! Jeep's looking nice!

thanks. i wired them to the footwell lights sockets. i had two adapter sockets from led-panels i used for a other car. and they were the right socket type - so i connected the stripes to these adapters and put them into the footwelllight sockets - just like changing the bulbs... and it works pretty good.

not a perfect wiring but works for now.

but the question is, if i do even have a socket for the bulb, since the european jeeps are sold without the lights at the side? we have turn signals at the fender on the side, but not these amber running light at the front corner. i didn't remove my headlamp yet, so i don't know how it looks down there...

thats what i wanna do when i get my LED strip in but i dont have the connector...wondering if i can some how get to the wires to splice in?

yeah think so. if you unscrew the Assembly where the bulbsocket sits, there are the wires which should be easy to splice in
