They do obstruct them, dont cover the turn signal buld in the front, just from the side, and you probably could make a template, but mine didnt come with one

There is actually a outline on the inside of the cover that shows the lamp area. I cut them out on my 05 . I will post some pics of them tomorrow

Get rid of ur amber bulbs to clear and it'll clean it up even more. Truuuuust me.

Just got new projector headlights , but I think the law here would have something to say about that ,lol.
They are a little strict here , I am pushing it by just having the reflector part covered .
