Stock HID Help

I was wondering if anyone in the Northern NJ area with a stock HID setup is willing to let me test some headlights I purchased off ebay. Im waiting on the wiring from a fellow Jeep Garage member to go from halogen to HID but would like to try and test these. Or does anyone know if I bring them to a dealer if I can test them? Or any other way I could on my own?
