H&R all the way, I like their springs. A slight rake is more aggressive, and for lowering, thats what you want IMO.

Eibachs dont drop enough, 1" is barely noticeable.

well i talked with someone who had the ground force springs on and they said that the springs are nice but the ride is harsh. So I think I will go with the eibach springs. Thanks for the help guys.
