Re: XenonDepot Help!

You have a relay hooked up right?

Is it the same light again? I have a feeling it might be the ballast.

If you are 100% sure all of your wiring is correct,

Hook up a blub you know works to that ballast and see if it comes on. If it does, the blub is shot. If it doesn't, the ballast is shot.

Does xenondepot have any kind of warranty on their stuff??

Re: XenonDepot Help!

Hmmm... maybe it had something to do with putting your lights on the "auto" setting.

Re: XenonDepot Help!

I had to send back one of my ballasts - not a big deal at all really unless you've got them mounted up somewhere that is a PITA to get to them. Hopefully like you said though it is a wiring issue... maybe a ground came loose or something.

Is it just the one blub that isn't working now or are none of them working anymore?

Blah that sucks. Well, check all those connections and wiring first. Hopefully it is just something simple.

I would imagine they are water resistant, but probably not water proof.
