100k!

And I can say that's it's been a very impressive 100K. Job well done Jeep!

I wonder what happens to the engineers when a Wk2 hits 100,000?

Re: 100k!

Awesome to see!!! Any issues throughout that milestone?? How is the 3.6 V6 running?? Does it feel aged or does it still perform like day 1??

I've always been curious what the reliability is like for the Pentastar.

Do you have the Air Suspension? If so, any issues with that??

Thanks for any thoughts you can share!

Re: 100k!

Mine is 2WD-no air. Still runs like new. Just installed some new plugs this week. The originals didn't look bad, but they were definately tired. Jeep still runs great. Have developed a few rattles here and there. Have only had a few minor things happen so far.

Door lock actuator on driver's rear door.
Passenger side blend door actuator
Driver's side seat back.
Center stalk air vent (adjusters broke)
Liftgate water leak (glass grommet)
and a few Drivetrain reflashes.

Re: 100k!

Thanks for the feedback!! Sounds like it's aged pretty nicely!! Great to see the reliability is good for you!

UNCjeepWK2 is on a distinguished road
Glad to hear no TIPM issues. I've just hit 57,000 and have had similar minor issues. A few re flashes and the heater/actuator problem as well as the door lock issue. Thankfully all happened within warranty.

Excellent. I love to hear these happy stories. I know there's a lot of happy buyers out there, they just don't speak up enough!

You drive even more than I do.

Re: 100k!

Holy crap, you average 33,000 miles a year???? I think its time you move a little closer to work lol. Geezus Glad to hear its been a very solid vehicle for you. My 2012 was great for the one year and 10,000 miles I put on it. I ended up selling it though, but I definately liked it. Kinda funny your 2011 has 100,000 miles, and my current vehicle (what replaced my 2012 Overland) is a 2007 Acura TL Type S (put in service late 06), currently has 11,000 miles, yes 11 lol. Thats an average of about 1,500 miles a year. That ofcourse was all due to the original owner as I bought it last summer with 4,900 miles on it.

Do you plan on keeping this one indefinately?

Re: 100k!

JTS, the first year I had it, I managed to rack up 55K. I had a 150mile round trip commute daily. Between work and going to the beach almost every weekend, they rolled up quick. I moved back to my hometown last year so my commute now is one mile. Still not a scratch on her except a recent ding from some kids playing next door. I'll fix that when the weather clears. I plan to keep this one for as long as it will let me.

My mom has a 07 TL (non S) as well. Fun car!

Sweet. Now with your new one mile commute, if you keep the Jeep long enough the mileage will average out haha.
I will stay tuned for your 200k report, although with that new commute that may be a while
