'14 Summit Rear Exhaust Issue

After 24 hours with my new summit, I was taking off the rear hitch cover to put on my bike rack, when i noticed that the driver side exhaust was pointed into the bumper (about half of it covered by bumper). I looked at passenger and noticed that it was really aligned correctly either.

Yruns out each tip is on a ball type joint, and both of mine were loose. Worse yet, the one pointed a bumper facia started to melt it and disform it some. I wanted to retighten but figured I would keep it as it and show dealer when i take it in later this week for window tint.

Anybody else have this issue?

The dealer was surprised by this as well. They tightened them down ASAP and ordered a new trim piece for the one that was a bit melted.

I will say they didn't do a great job of aligning them at the dealer. I went home and moved them around a bit myself. They are not perfect but as good as I can get them. anybody have any way to know what the factory alignment is (maybe measurements from one point to another so I can get them perfect as well?
