Most people post on forums only when they have issues. I love my jeep, only very minor issues so far. No more or less than any other vehicle I have owned. I'm very happy. Be confident in you decision, it's a great vehicle.

I've had my 2011 Laredo X V6 since December 30th, 2010 and 27,000 miles. I love driving it. I've had quite a few problems but just contribute it to being an early build, first model year vehicle and almost everything seems lined out. The transmission was shifting weird and lacked responsiveness at first but after a TSB/software update it works great. One of the lights on the inside of the liftgate didn't work and the dealer found the bulb not in the socket good. Driver seat heater has been replaced because it wouldn't stay on longer than 20 minutes and then wouldn't come back on. My remotes/proximity system died and the dealer fought with it for a few months, mostly waiting on parts. Three remotes later (first new one was defective) and a software update to the WIN module got it back to normal. My ambient lights in the doors don't work but the dealership has no clue what I'm talking about on that and gives me a blank stare no matter what I say so I've all but given up on that.

Overall I'm pretty happy with it despite the problems and would buy another one without question. Might even look at the 2014s after they come out with the refresh.
