Cant find the website now, and there were various ones, the JGC was delayed in the UK market because people were not happy with the ride. It was then decided that modifications to the suspension would take place. it was then later released.

I think that the design is a good match between feminine and masculine and it also looks futuristic.

He's right Scott. And the world doesn't revolve around the US you know lol
ANY imported into Australia vehicles worth their salt has dedicated suspension setups for our tastes and conditions. In fact, it's a well used term here "US spec slop" when we refer to suspension setups.
The UK and europe also typically get their own unique suspension settings for their imported vehicles.
It is required due to every country's particular asphalt and road construction, and the particular country's motoring tastes.
Remember, export WK's are built in Austria, so it's not difficult for the factory to specify a particualr suspension setting for a certain week's production.

I'd still prefer my 5.9 to my WK anyday, even if it's "dated" to some. That's part of the allure is you don't see 10 a day on the freeway....and if you know what you're doing, there is nothing 'unreliable' of fancy about them, yet it works...The mileage wasn't *that* much worse than the WK with 5.7 and I'm sure better than SRT8 (but not gonna compare it to that, since it's not a 4x4)...

These Jeeps are not 'fast' anyway (besides the modified SRT8's) and if you think they are then you've obviously not driven much, lol. However, it is practical, looks good and does well offroad.
Never owned a 5.9. Have owned a '93 5.2, an 02 Overland, as well as a 98 Navigator, 01 GMC Yukon Denali, 03 MB E500 and a '10 MB E550 4matic. Never owned truely fast cars but have driven plenty. Flogged a z06 just three weeks ago at PIR.

Anyway the point I was trying to make isn't that the 5.9 is a shitty vehicle...just that people get stuck on it like it was the greatest jeep ever made. I am definetly not the kinda person that buys nothing but one brand of car either, just whatever is best, or best suits me at the time.

Also hard to take anyone seriously when they type "LOL"

I'm saying judging by 99% of other manufacturers, "Export" WH's as you call them will likely have slightly unique specifications for springs and shocks.

Good companies like Toyota have even discovered that they need (for example) headlight plastics unique to Australia, to deal with our "high acid content" bugs! Sounds outrageous, but it's true.

What I'm saying is the world is not flat, and never underestimate manufacturers refining their product for use in specific countries.

Maybe Milous can confirm re the WH, maybe he can't.
Maybe they were all the same spec, because as I've said many times before, the WH on its standard springs and shocks is the most appallingly floaty ride I've ever experienced! lol
