One other thing I'll say about charcoal is, it matches the plastic body moldings perfectly, so if you like that look, it's as close as you can get to having painted molding from the factory.

NB
Those are my thoughts too! I chose the DC because the MG made the black parts stand out too much. But then I do love them in white for some strange reason.

Over here in the UK the Jeep service centers are jokers, far as I am concerned if you spend 42k on a car, you should be treated as a valued customer, after all the JGC is their flagship car over here.

Fiat seriously need to do some customer relations "repair" work with Jeep customers, because as i see it, current Jeep owners probably wont buy Jeep again, which is a shame, because i love the JGC.

Over here, in the States, the various Chrysler dealerships have long tended to bring up the rear. Some are really good, but by and large the dealer network has lagged the competition in almost every respect, including customer TLC. The bankruptcy only made things worse, at least in our area where dealers with the best customer service were axed, while dreadful but supersized operations were retained.

While Ford and GM are currently undertaking steps to further enhance their dealerships, thus far there has been no sign that Chrysler has comparable plans.

So, I wonder, how do you find Fiat service in the UK?

In other words, is first-rate customer service part of the Fiat DNA in the UK? Presumably if they have been doing a good job with the Fiat lineup there, they will eventually get around to upgrading Chrysler's dealer network here and beyond.

I have not had dealings with Fiat, so i do not know of their CS skills, but what i do know is the exisiting Chrysler service and showrooms in my area have closed down. I will have to travel much further to complete my next service.

From what I have seen so far, be it Chryslers fault of Fiat, there was no warning of the impending closure of service centers etc, furthermore there has been no update to say "Mr XYZ" you can now bring you Jeep here.

So I guess I am saying, I am not impressed so far.

You mentioned Ford, I have had a couple of Ford cars, and their CS skills over here are next level, they are almost as good as the German marks.

Perhaps they'll be moving the various Chrysler marques into existing UK/EU showrooms?
