Thats only on the european models I think and the the cover will be used on the american models which I like because it cleans up the cc a little bit and looks lesss cluttered

None except the wheels 18 standard on limited, 20 standard on Overland, all of the Overland added features are found inside or mechanically.

You are right nate I hate the unpainted ground effects. I hate the new jeep. I do like the interior.

Re: 2011 Overland caught in Toledo

I think one of the big wigs at Jeep Chrysler should come on here and hear what the jeep enthusiast feel and have to say about the new WK 2. I don't think it's a bad looking vehicle. just a few things that we've pointed out that they should consider ya know.

I mean, you're never going to please EVERYBODY when you launch a new model vehicle.

While I think it's important for any manufacturer to listen to it's customers about input for new vehicles, they certainly aren't obligated to do so. I'm not saying you think they are, just stating it.

It's also important to recognize that all of us on this forum are an elite enthusiast population compared to the average Jeep Grand Cherokee owner. Think about how small of a group people like us really are... think about how many soccer-moms and people alike drive a GC and could care less about the generally minute complaints we may have about the new GC.

Chrysler/Jeep/Fiat isn't out to please a small group of enthusiast, they are out to make money... if that means skimping on a few features or designing it a certain way, believe me they're going to do it.

It's important to view it from both sides.

But I'm on your side, would be great if they were actively on the forums discussing ideas with us.
