Not sure if this was posted somewhere else - I'm a newbie, my apologies if it is - but saw this and had to share....beautiful silver right hand drive Overland caught out in the open!
I was all set on dark charcoal...seeing the silver now, I'm not so sure anymore! Does anyone know what body differences there are between the Overland and Limited?
I think one of the big wigs at Jeep Chrysler should come on here and hear what the jeep enthusiast feel and have to say about the new WK 2. I don't think it's a bad looking vehicle. just a few things that we've pointed out that they should consider ya know.

I mean, you're never going to please EVERYBODY when you launch a new model vehicle.
While I think it's important for any manufacturer to listen to it's customers about input for new vehicles, they certainly aren't obligated to do so. I'm not saying you think they are, just stating it.
It's also important to recognize that all of us on this forum are an elite enthusiast population compared to the average Jeep Grand Cherokee owner. Think about how small of a group people like us really are... think about how many soccer-moms and people alike drive a GC and could care less about the generally minute complaints we may have about the new GC.
Chrysler/Jeep/Fiat isn't out to please a small group of enthusiast, they are out to make money... if that means skimping on a few features or designing it a certain way, believe me they're going to do it.
Ughhhh....some of the features are so nice, I love the interior...but ugh....moving away from the WK style body is going to be tough, I havent jumped on the WK2 wagon yet I guess, It just reminds me of a "normal" SUV......I hope the SRT8 changes when it comes out
The WK series 1 wasn't in the style of the WJ was it. I would never have considered a WJ, yet a bought a WK1. It was just different to what Jeeps had been before, and attracted a lot of new buyers.
The WKII will do the same, most traditional Jeep buyers will get one regardless, and they'll attract new buyers who hadn't previously considered a Jeep with the new styling.
95% of the population makes their purchasing decisions based upon looks and interior ambience.
The 5% like me base it more on performance and technical advances.
Good thing for Jeep is, I quite like the look of the new one, AND it seems to have retained and improved the biggest, gruntiest engines available in the market sector, along with some great new features
