I doubt it, the Overland comes with Quadralift standard and I would doubt it would be packaged in any options group. It will either come with it all models or it wont.(ELSD that is)

I heard somewhere that Chrysler and the supplier of the elsds got into an argument about the design for the front elsd, and Chrysler just decided to not put one in for the front. Maybe someone could verify this information.
I sure hope they don't get stupid and take one step forward and two steps back with the quadradrive 4wd system.

Quadra Drive II has a rear (and rumored front in the future) Electronic Limited-Slip Differential which detects tire slip and sends torque to tires with traction. As with Quadra Tac II, in some cases, the Jeep will anticipate low traction and proactively limit or eliminate slip.

A new suspension for an incredible ride

The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee also has all-new independent front and rear suspension designs. They feature isolated front and
rear suspension cradles along with variable-rate rear springs to deliver improved on-road handling and comfort while
complementing the vehicle’s renowned off-road capability.

The rear suspension boasts a class-leading 10.2 inches of travel to maintain legendary Jeep attributes

The new rear suspension also allows the spare tire to be stored inside the vehicle rather than underneath, for added
convenience.

Load-leveling shocks are also available. These shocks react to payload levels and mechanically increase vehicle height when the
vehicle has added rear payload. When payload is added to the vehicle, the shocks’ gas pressure increases until the vehicle
reaches normal ride height.

Advantages to load-leveling shocks include improved load handling and trailer-tow performance. Load-leveling shocks are
available with Trailer-Tow packages (except V6 4x2 models) that do not already have the Quadra-Lift Air Suspension.

All of the new documents and information is referring to ELSD on the Rear ONLY...

Personally speaking, it's going to be extremely disappointing if this thing never gets any type of limited slip/locking front differential. I can't say that I understand the rationale for eliminating it in the first place. Could anyone here elaborate on the reasoning behind that decision?
