G'day guys

I am looking for a part number for a 2011 WK2 CRD DPF differential Pressure transmitter

I am in Australia & my Jeep has been in & out of dealer service dept since end of November 2014. Keeps going into limp mode the next day on DPF efficiency code.

Been at the dealers this time now for nearly 3 weeks, as the computer finally told them the DP transmitter is flat lining, me being an instrument tech & explaining how filters & differential pressure transmitters work in dateil may have helped.

My Jeep is out of warranty by a couple of months & Jeep are saying they will honour a goodwill claim but there are no parts ini Australia & 1 month before they get one from the USA.

I just want to try & get 1 from a different source, pissing me off as this is the tow vehicle for my boat & having a 23ft paper weight down the side of the house on good fishing days doing my head in.
cheers in advance for any help.

Jase

If you can get one, the dealer won't fit it. This is an all too common story, no parts (even common ones) and insanely long times for critical parts that should be air freighted.
Several other Aus owners have gotten parts and being told by dealer they won't fit them, or tried to and told not going to happen.
