2012 Overland 5.7 - clunking at low speed

Hi everyone,

This is my first post to the forum!

I have a 2012 Overland with about 45,000 miles. I just had the TCM flash for the shudder at around 60mph, so it performs excellent at the higher speeds...

However, i think I'm having another transmission issue, this one at very low speeds.

It clunks pretty bad when coming to a stop from 2nd gear to 1st gear. This only happens when the trans only gets up to 2nd gear, like in a parking lot... If i let it get up to 3rd gear, i have no issues at all even when coming to a stop, very smooth... but only getting up to 2nd gear max and coming to a stop reveals the clunk...

Also, shifting from Drive to Neutral reveals a loud metal clanging/clicking sound, but shifting from Drive to Park (or Reverse) is smooth and quiet...?

Any ideas? i'm about to make a dealer appointment in a couple of weeks, but i want to see if it's a common problem...

Thanks!
