Re: 2012 WK2 Prices Paid Master Thread

Marino Jeep/Chevy/Dodge
2012 JGC Overland Summit w/ slight hail damage on hood
MSRP: $49,715 inc. Delivery
Negotiated: $41,500 inc. $1000 rebate
OTD: slightly over $44,000 inc. TTL

Deal was too good to pass up. Light hail damage across the hood from a storm we had back in May, on a Rugged Brown Pearl / New Saddle combo. Was going to wait for a 2014 but saving $8k off MSRP and finding a color that my wife loves was tough for us to let go.

Re: 2012 WK2 Prices Paid Master Thread

I think I did pretty well...

2012 Overland Stone white on Black, 4x4, Hemi.

MSRP: $46,515
Negotiated Price: $42,000

The challenge for me is that I was trading in a car and had to negotiate up from their initial $11,000 offer on the trade, up to $14,500 before I would agree on the purchase. I also purchased the 24 oil changes for $395, hard to pass up at about $16 per oil change.

It all worked out and I left the dealership with a beautiful new car...Now to decide on the 7yr or lifetime warranty.

Good deal! You maybe getting an oil change for $16 but doing it yourself is the only way you know it was done right. Too many kids who were flipping burgers the week before are allowed to change oil these days.

Thanks. I agree on the DIY oil changes, unfortunately I live in a condo that doesn't really have adequate space to work and CC&Rs that prohibit maintenance that could result in oil spillage.

I did get a chance to meet most of the Service Advisors as well as the guys who would be doing the work, they all looked closer to there late 30s and early 40s and seemed to be knowledgeable. This dealership in general seems to provide much better customer service than those in surrounding areas

Re: 2012 WK2 Prices Paid Master Thread

Signed the paperwork yesterday for a 2012 Overland Summit in Winter Chill.

MSRP $50115
Price with Affiliate Deal, $1000 incentive and $250 dealer Facebook Coupon was $45256.
Dealer also beat my PenFed 1.99% 60mo financing by a half point with 1.49% for 60mos.

My trade-in value bit the big one due to an accident back in 2007 that triggered the air bags, but I'll live...

Stock Photo (I'll post real ones in the gallery thread once I have the car in-hand this coming week)
