2013 Grand Cherokee A/C Issues
On our 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland, the air stops blowing after driving for about 45 minutes with the A/C on. I can hear the blower running, but no air comes out the vents. When I turn the A/C button off, air will start blowing after about 10-20 seconds, with a blast of cold air, which quickly warms up. I can then turn the A/C button back on. It will work for about 15-20 minutes before the problem repeats itself and the air flow stops again. On a long trip, this cycle can be repeated continuously. 'Obviously frustrating when the A/C only works 15-20 minutes at a time.
I've had the car in to our local dealer twice. They just say they cannot duplicate the problem. On a recent trip, I stopped at a dealer while there was no airflow, so they could see the problem. But they also could offer no solution when their tech looked at it the next day.
Does Jeep have a solution to this problem that I could reference for my local service dept?
