Re: 2014 first 100 miles - impressions so far

thank you! for sure I will testdrive the 14. Seems the electric vs. hydrolic power steering is what differs (i think) an 11 to a 13, and potentially a 14. I do remember reading in the forum that the Hemi is the only JGC that keeps hydrolic, whereas the V6, Diesel gets the electric version. Could be wrong here but I'll for sure test drive. Thanks for your thoughts.

Any chance you know if weather tech slush mats for 2013 fit in your 2014? Thx for sharing!

Njtoman,

Congrats! Awesome pics!

Have you shifted gears using the paddle? How does it feel? Is there any lag?

This has been talked about in another thread. As of right now it is not known if they will fit.

My old slush mats fit fine. They are the Jeep brand.

Thank you for your answer. I am assuming you are using Mopar Jeep mats designed for the 2013 and they fit on the 2014 - correct.

Thanks again. I should get my JGC next week.

I had an 11 and used the front mats only so far.

Can you snap a quick pic with your cell phone of the front mats? I'm just looking for something to hold me over until I can get some custom fit from Husky or Weathertech. I just don't want to get generic mat's as they are huge and always sloppy.

Do the retaining hooks line up for the front mats?
