And a leather wrapped/stitched dash.

What is the dash on the limited? Is it a soft touch plastic? I only looked at the overland but considering a limited with lux 2 now.

Join the club! Wife gave me green light to shop for whatever car I want since I'll be driving it...but she decides what "we" spend on "my" car lol

You should definitely look at the dash on the Limited, etc. to know what you would be getting if you are contemplating Limited vs. Overland still.

And an all leather wheel instead of the wood and leather wheel which I didn't really car for.

Make sure the Limited has the Luxury Group 2 or you will be missing a few options you might like. I wish I had the power tilt, headlights and the roof on my Limited.

It is kind of annoying for a $40,580 configured JGC Limited to not have HIDs. At $40k, most non-luxury brand manufacturer (read: Nissan, Mazda, Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota) already have HIDs, power adjustable steering wheel column, and in some cases blind spot monitoring. Then again, spending $500 at most for aftermarket HID Kit is cheaper than $4K for the LuxII

Is the upgraded leather worth it? Take care of the leather that comes with the leather with the lux 2 and don't wear jeans with studs in them.
