Haven't really paid attention to this I guess. What color is the body trim on a Limited?

Re: 2014 fully loaded limited or overland?

When I looked at a Laredo that was next to an Overland, the trim looked black to me.

The leather on a non-lux II Limited feels very low quality and different than the overland. Napa must be that much better. The wood feels fake on the Limited too, but it says real wood on site. It's definitely not open pore quality.

Re: 2014 fully loaded limited or overland?

Options tend to hold less of their value when it comes time to sell. And you won't confuse would-be buyers. Go for the Overland.

Can you tell me why? Personally, I thought I'd replace springs/shocks to my choice (when the market makes them available), and so, having QL was a negative to me. Am I missing something here? Or, for someone like me, is QL really a negative?

Maybe I'm not really understanding if QL is designed for someone like me who wants slightly stiffer shocks/springs for a less wallowy ride? I'd be getting rwd and am not concerned with true offroading. Thanks for your help with this.

Re: 2014 fully loaded limited or overland?

Being a Jeep salesman, I'd say if you have to ask, go Overland. Worth more at time of trade in and a 'loaded' Limited isn't THAT much cheaper than a base Overland that has plenty of equipment.

Just my .02

I use park mode just about everytime I park. I also turn it to sport mode most of the time as it also lowers the car a bit and also makes the shift points a bit sportier...Although the airbags don't stiffen as you lower, the lowered center of gravity does provide better handling.

I also put it in ORII in heavy traffic because I can get a great view of what's happening around me.

and....besides those reasons. It's just fun to have and play with.
