At first glance and in these "artistic style" photos, the front end looks much better than I was expecting, which is a relief! So now I think the only thing that would prevent me from ordering a 2014 is a much higher price on the Laredo OR if I expect extremely long delays.

Interestingly enough though, personally I like the front end / new grille on the blue one better than on the front end. I'm wondering if it's simply a matter of me not liking the chrome honeycomb inside the slits and preferring the black vertical lines. That or I don't like the look of the DCR in those photos (which doesn't look like how the DCR looks in real life -- unless the red shown in the photos is the other red only available on the higher trims?

I agree with this statement! Too much chrome on the Summit for my personal taste. Also, the Summit wheels leave a lot to be desired, they look very cheap almost like something aftermarket from Wal Mart. I'm sure they will look better in person, but the current Summit wheels are light years ahead of these in terms of appearance.

I don't think red is a fortunate color for the Summit. I'd love to see pictures of one in gray.

other than that....WOW. What a great looking vehicle and the interior on the Summit is just freakin' awesome!

Thanks Blackpepper! Though I'll reserve judgement till I see one in person and in a different color I too think they went way overboard with the chrome on the Summit. I'll bet the designer has a love for 58' Buicks based on how much bling this thing has. It looks like another Overland for me... unless I convince myself that I deserve an SRT.

Told you guys the Summit was blingy.

Anywho, figured someone was gonna leak the pics.

Ah well at least you guys finally see what we've been working so hard on.

Wow, and here's something I didn't even notice.

The method of stitching on the steering wheel has changed.
