Right now, all they get is 108 hours. But is it mathematically worth hiring 1100 people for another 12 hrs of production per week? I guess so!
It might be a way to have a whole lot of trained people on hand for the eventual 3rd shift if demand rises. Just a thought.

Don't change the channel!

This is the place!

But, is it the time?

Hmmm....
I love the tidbits. Hate the name tidbit actually, but the morsels of info keep me very amused at people's guesses, and people's responses to the guesses.
My response to T-Ride is...

Please don't compare Milous to a GM social marketing employee. His information comes out way earlier than the marketing guy is "ok'd" to let the info out.
Some info, like the power net architecture and the new navigation was revealed back in 2010.
The delivery of info with the hints only makes it more interesting, and keeps good conversation going, IMO.
Now, if we can only get some morsels on the "SE" , or the "Apache".

Forgive my ignorance but what is the Apache?

Apache based 392 supercharged Jeep SRT8?

It is the supercharged 6.2, but it has been flatlined and resurrected multiple times.

It might have been read wrong but I don't "hate" you. Its that you keep that suspense up and having me check multiple times a day, even from work

And how do you know Milous ISN'T a Jeep marketing person, or sumn? He's obviously well versed on the entire product line, what more do you want? If he doesn't throw his title/position around, it could be a sign of humility. The fact of the matter is, we all get the info we desire, and the prolonging of the tidbits is just a way of keeping the excitement stirred up until launch. Brilliant marketing if you ask me.. I love Camaros, my first car was a 95 Z, but I doubt your Camaro guy has any more to offer that crowd than 'ol Milous does here. I've never met the guy and I'm sure he doesn't need to be spoken for, but in the short time I've been a member of this site I'd say his insight has been more than helpful.
I hope he is, I think it's a great idea. Keeps the community involved.

Ha! I didn't.. But I got paid like I did. Took a PA day.

Crazy story; I ran into a guy at the bar earlier (Fishbones) and bc I had a Jeep hoodie on, he asked me where I worked and what I did for Jeep. The dude was pretty lubed up when he walked in. He then said he worked around the corner at "Chrysler House" and was relocated from Auburn Hills not too long ago. We talked abt the turnaround of the company and upcoming products, and surprisingly, this site. Apparently he and many of his buddies "browse the forums" from time to time and said he's "heard" of Milous, but not by that name.. And even being one drink past wasted, he wouldn't say anything else. He then paid for my 4 Jack-n-Cokes, AND my brother's 2 Crown Royals (on the rocks). Tab was like $50+. When I told him thx, he just said, "keep up the good work" and left.... I swear EVERYTIME I take a day off and go to the bar, sumn interesting happens. Last time it was seeing Sergio in a '13 GTS on 94. And now this dude.. Either it's all coincidence, or I need to drink a lil more often! Lol (jk)

You are being followed and investigated for some reason. Watch your back! Don't trust anyone!

It does seem that Sergio was following him on 94.
