Got slammed at work this morning  Missed the reveal, just now catching up. Sepia interior is nice, don't like the Jeep Brown on the Summit. (wouldn't have the option to get either anyway) Like the wheels for the Limited and Overland. That Cashmere color has got to be the ugliest I've ever seen. Not too fond of the color choices we have. Other than that I think it looks good. I'm more interested in the interior upgrades since I can't look at the outside of my car and drive at the same time.

I loved the Saddle Leather so much in the 12s & 13s and now it is discontinued in the 14s. WHYYYYYYYYYY? Goes great with Deep Cherry versus Jeep Brown (too dark)! SRT has sepia but Summit on down are short changed. Any chance Sepia or Saddle Leather will be offered?

Correct, no Tow Hooks, Select Speed (Hill ascent cruise control), or ORA2 availability.

How "brown" is the "jeep brown" leather dash in the overland? I'm not a huge fan of brown, but liked the "dark frost beige" dash in the 2013 overland, it looked black; only had slight brown look in bright sunlight.
The pics I've seen of the "Jeep Brown" is really dark... almost Chocolate.

But, again, colour in pics can be off from what you will see in real life.

Well, here's hoping pricing is available tonight/tomorrow... as my dealer has asked me to come in to place my order. :D

Guess I need to decide, Summit or loaded up Overland...

I asked Pat about pricing, he made it sound like tomorrow morning. Unless Milous releases it this afternoon/evening to us.

Take a look at these guys -- the "Jeep Brown" looks a lot lighter in these pics than what we have seen so far. Also, did you notice what engine they put in it? :)

I would be curious if Scott or Milous can comment on when CRD's will be available for ordering... I don't know if I will buy the CRD before test driving, but if I can get a dealer to order one for me without commitment that would be awesome. Then I don't have to wait until they are first on the lots to test drive, and then wait another month or two if I place my order at that point. I could just test drive my ordered vehicle when the first diesels arrive, and if I like it, take it home :)

Oh no...Now I'm stuck...Going through the Features of the Limited and the Overland. Everything I would get on the Limited is Standard on the Overland plus would get Quadra-lift and color matched fascia... Now it comes down to price...

People keep talking about the regen. It is recommended you let the process completely finish and not stop the motor. As someone previously said, this will happen very often if you dont get out and run the car at highway speeds once a week or so go hard on the gas around town.

Regadless, lets say the DPS isn't an issue for you.

You simply cannot deny the EGR valve wrecks havoke on the intake manifold and its swirl actuator. This is common knowledge and pretty much planned to break sooner or later.

If you can black the EGR via ECU flash, thats fine. Most people wont.

I think I would still stick with the black interior, would have to look at the Indigo/Black...

The thing that is going to get it is price. The wife isn't happy now I want to spend $40k on a vehicle.

Price it the way they do it on Jeep's website.

MSRP $50,000
Down Payment $ 5,000
Trade In $12, 000
---------------------
Sellig Price $33,000

It's quite deceptive caling that the selling price, but that's the way Jeep does it, and you are buying a Jeep. :)

I'm sold on the 2014 JGC! I was really thinking about the diesel but read that it's going to be priced more then the v8 option. Question is, how much more??

It would be nice if it was a little more then the gas v6...wishful thinking i know. I'll test drive the diesel but i'm sure it'll be out of my price range to add as an option on an Overland.

Can you get the V6 in the Summit? Don't know why, but I am thinking it is the Hemi or the diesel. Also, is the Summit available with the black interior?
V6 is standard accross the board.

You can option the V8 or Diesel.

Summit comes in two colour options for the interior:
Black
Jeep Brown (kinda chocolate-ish)

I thought it was darker till seeing these pictures. I think we're just going to settle with a black interior now that saddle is gone :(
