2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee caught with new headlights, grille exposed

Looks like they saved me about $20k by jacking up the good looks of the JGC. I'm off to hunt down the best lifetime warranty for my 2011 right now!
Do you not realize that the headlights have tape around them? So what you are seeing isn't truly everything.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Sorry folks.. What you see is what you get. And there HAVE been quite a few SRTs in pilot. The SRT is actually nicer from the front (as I said 100 pages ago), but the back, as stated, looks "soft." Factory tinted tails help distinguish it from the others now tho.

Chevyboy,

Can you tell us if they are going to have the chrome piece going between the rear tail lights?

Judging by the Spy pics, I would say, No.

I don't believe so.. As I said before, the "JEEP" is actually stamped into the liftgate now, and the trim lettering is added in assembly, and is almost flush with the liftgate. I think it protrudes out just a bit.

I can live with the front end but pleeeesseee don't tell me that that grill piece, the one that is grey in the spy pic of the Laredo that extends under the headlamps, is going to be solid chrome on the Overland and Summit models.

I can't say for sure that those tips made the cut.. I haven't seen one with that setup in a while. But I don't work in assembly either, so I miss a lot..

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Personally, after looking at the pics I would have been good with a headlamp and taillamp swap and then called it a day. But then again, you wouldn't appease the masses without doing something else("omg they call that an update!!!"), which they are now being criticized for....

Good god people lets all take a deep breath...still have alot of time before this is released.

Final production models will turn out different than these photos.

Quit freaking out!
