Nobody has guessed what "3.0NAF" means!

Meets US specs for pollution control.

That said, I see what Chevy is getting at. Most of us view "Synthetic" as "Lesser" then natural. When in reality, many synthetic things we use on a daily basis are superior to the natural variant.

..not all things, but a good portion.

In the case of the seats, a great many of us are gun shy of this Natrua stuff due to either bad experiences with faux leather, and the fact that Marketing is calling it "Leather".

Either we are worried with will crack/tear/fade (as we've seen before), or that we're being lied to. Benz atleast calls their faux leather MB Tex so that folks know the real deal versus not and can make an informed decision thusly.

I suspect that, just like the WK, the inserts will be Napa or such leather, but the bolters and everything else will be the Natura stuff.

Honestly, so long as the Natura stuff holds up (unlike the WK crap), I'm fine with it. BUT CryFi REALLY needs to say what it is and how it's used.

Smoke and Mirrors leads to a PO'd buyer.
SECOND THAT! And ... CHEVY ... stay with us. Your contributions are so much appreciated.

Yeah, I'm wondering how that'll work. You'd almost think they'd have to release some official photos to the press before the order banks open so people know what they're going to be getting and there's less risk of potentially having some orders canceled for whatever reason.

Unless they're only expecting dealers to place orders for their own stock, at least until the Detroit reveal, in which case it wouldn't matter since dealers don't really care what the vehicle looks like?

My last comment on the leather issue:

Surprised that so far none of our people on the JNAP floor and our gurus came forward to clarify the issue once and for all. Should be easy for them to find out what the facts are, one way or the other.
