It seems to be a question of the software used on the radio. DAB Tuner need a new software to recejve DAB+ channels. That should be fine for a brand new model...... HD is a different animal.....

Wow. You guys in the states must get the left overs from the good ones then.
My parents have had two range rovers with nothing wrong with them. And my assistant engineer has a lease plan with them where he gets a new one every 4 years (i think hes had 3 so far and on his 4th now), and he also has never had anything wrong with any of them. My captain has an old 2006 range rover and he loves it. Again, no problems at all. Hell they come with a better warranty than what Jeep offers here in Europe so that says something. I just cant understand why they have problems with them in the states.
I've had more problems with my Jeep (steering knuckle and coolant leak) in one year than any of my mates with range rovers. Maybe we get your left overs

I hope the color list shown on wk2 Jeeps is wrong. Had just got agreement with everyone in the family that the Red pearl coat from this year would be my new SRT 8. Dealer is on board to make mine one or all of his first allocation with a reasonable deposit. Can't keep black looking good and don't know what those other colors are

I know 4 people who have or have had RRs, they will NEVER get one again. They were so frustrated with problem after problem with them. Plus it was really $$ to fix them.

I think they're pretty sweet vehicles but it would scare me to get one- kind of like the VW scare we have here as well.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Back when I was an adjuster (many years ago) we used to laugh every time we had to write an estimate on a RR that couldn't withstand hitting a New York City pot hole. It usually exceeded $3,000.

I have a feeling they've gotten better since then.

I was all prepared to order a 2014 Red Overland and Red is not even listed as an option. Hey Jeep, are you kidding me? This must be a joke. Tell me it ain't so.

Milous believes there will be some version of red once the colors are finalized, lets keep our fingers crossed. At the risk of getting flamed I think they could toss the cashmere and replace it with red. It doesn't even look good on a minivan.

Milous said that he believes the RA1, which is a similar-style radio to what the Laredo comes with standard currently, will only be available on fleet models, while the RA2 which has a 5" screen will be standard on the Laredo, which is interesting and would suggest they don't (completely at least) think of the Laredo as just a fleet model.

So what I'm hoping is those colors, or lack thereof, currently listed on WK2Jeeps for the Laredo, are actually meant for the fleet version.

I still have hope though. Even the Explorer, XTerra, Pathfinder, and Sorento among others I'm sure have a red and a blue color option on the base trim. Not that I'm interested in any of those vehicles.

Has everyone seen the new pictures over at Allpar?

News: Spied: 2014 Grand Cherokee, inside and out

Not a great shot of the exterior, but a lot more detail of the interior.
