Anyone think there is a chance they would offer Quadra Drive without Quadra Lift?

I hate the current system that requires useless prompts and keystrokes to do things. I end up taking my eye off the road more than I need to and have had to rely on FCW on more than a couple occasions to save myself from dealing with the vehicles horrendous NAV system. Chrysler can learn a thing or two from Toyota's NAV/Media system.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

My vehicle is also my office when I travel, so all of the amenities are important in that respect. To-date, I've had zero issues with the NAV or Bluetooth systems. I would hope that next generation stuff would be even more capable and also address issues that folks do have with the current offers.

All these distracted drivers.... yikes. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that stuff.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Jeff, you're correct that there are many distracted drivers on the road. I do try to avoid that as much as possible...I only use hands-free in the car and never text or email while driving. I will pull over to do that if it's necessary. And with voice commands, the hands stay on the wheel even more. Conversation could certainly be distracting, but that, in itself, doesn't require a phone. (My motor-mouth 13 yo daughter is a good example... )

LED lights are a pain in the rear when it comes to failed elements. I'd rather have the option to replace a couple incandescents via any parts store in the world vs. trying to repair/replace a LED taillight assembly.

Inferior drivers need to have minimal "stuff" to worry about to be able to navigate the streets where-as superior drivers can multi-task and not have issues
