Will the Overlands continue to have the black w/o moldings?

Overland models have chrome tow hooks in the lower fascia and body-color lower fascia trim. The body-color trim carries over to the wheel arches and surrounds the wheels. The lower rocker panels and trim on the rear fascia are also body color.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Thanks for the super fast answer on the Red Question. So glad to be able to order a new Cherry Red Overland or Summit soon. Couple of other questions. I think I have read that the Power Tilt Steering column is coming back to the Overland version for 2014 as it had been replaced with a manual version in the 2013 model? right? Also, I am a new SUV ordering rookie. (sorry) Anyhow, what do you guys think about me just offering the dealer 1% under invoice and accepting that if they agree? Or, should I try for more? Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated. This is the best website !!!! Thank you !!

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Oops ! Another question. Am I correct that I am not able to get the best 19 speaker stereo in the Overland model? That I would have to order the Summit in order to get that system. Wonder if any of you experts have heard the 5 speaker system compared to the 19 speaker system. Is the difference night and day or ?? Thanks !!!!!!

I haven't heard the 19, but I'm pretty sure the Overland comes with 9.

None ... but it is not a new tranny. It is build for the first time by Chrysler tough and there are some tweaks from the original design.

Is the 19 speaker stereo Harmon Kardon as well? Wasn't sure what came in the previous models.

Research these forums for "tread lightly discount"... gives you 1% under invoice at any dealer without negotiating. Or look up Pat at Fields Jeep... he is offering 2% under on 2014s. You cant go lower than either offer... dont even try.

Now THIS is very interesting!

Is it safe to assume that this gray used for the lower part is the Granite Crystal Pearl Coat?

I mean, since there is only one gray on the Summit (and the Summit being the only model with this lower gray painted lip), it should be the same. Two different greys would look a bit weird...
