Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

One other question, what is the purpose of the ECO button? Does it turn 4 cylinder mode off?

So can I go to bed now or are you going to release SRT pics at midnight?
SRT pics will definitely be released at 12:01am, unless someone out there breaks embargo in which case they will be released early...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I saw a nice '13 SRT8 tonight in town. I'm guessing Scott is almost to Detroit by now. The '14 SRT is simply amazing! Damn it is so badass I might sell my house lol. It was nice meeting you man.

Eco Mode optimizes the transmission’s shift schedule and, in V-8 models, Fuel Saver cylinder deactivation.
In addition, the Eco Mode activates Grand Cherokee’s air suspension system, lowering it to “Aero Ride
Height” when the vehicle speed remains between 52 mph and 56 mph, or exceeds 56 mph.

Eco Mode is automatically engaged upon vehicle startup. A button on the center stack allows driver’s to
disengage Eco Mode if more spirited performance is desired.

I have a time issue so I really need to see if I hunt down a '13 with the specs I want, wait and pick one from dealers first allotment or order one. I MUST have a new car no later than mid March. Any one have any idea?

I really have to thank Milous, Scott, Chevy, Marlon and all the other posters on this board. The timing for me couldn't be tighter. I'd really like a '14 and haven't been able to locate a '13 that I want anywhere in Florida yet.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Uh...

Me, Chevy and Milous are far from slackers.

So if there are any delays...

It's most certainly NOT our fault! BLAME SOMEONE ELSE.

Sorry, had to get that out now.

We don't do line stops.

That is excellent. Im sure a lot of people who have cars and trucks that have cylinder deactivation would love to have that little feature.

Anyone noticed the difference on the headlamp Led colors? I prefer the white/blue color but the new pics show a yellowish color ..
