Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Notice base Laredo and Limited headlights differ from Overland and up...

Those are the Overland wheels Milous and I spoke of... *cough* NOW YA SEE SNO?

Cheap leather(?)... ... Did y'all hear what Ralph said about the leather!?

My babies... Ahhh... Long time coming! Again, glad you all like em.

Ditto! While I like the look of the LED headlights, I absolutely hate that black honeycomb patch. It's like Jeep didn't know what to do there. I'll take the normal headlights thank you very much!

Chevy...so the Limited isn't coming with LED Headlights or is that part of the Luxary Package?

Yes, those 20's do look nice!

Yes.. But not the base model.

You can see it WITH the other lights in the pics from last night.

The last (unseen) light set we spoke of, is Laredo export, if anyone was wondering...

Good thing otherwise I would be a little disappointed to just get normal Halogen lights on it. Good Thing I'm getting the Lux Package!!

Overland front doesn't look to bad on the jeep site, hopefully we'll get some of the rear from the show. Still think I have to go loaded Limited this time around. Don't care for anything on the summit really. SRT is just crazy cool, though to rich for my blood. Design inside and out on that is awesome.

Anyone on this? I'm thinking the lights look so different b/w the two trims, due to the "blacking out" of the SRT headlight housings. Can anyone else chime in though?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I like it more than I thought I would. Although I still prefer my 12' Altitude I currently have, I do not think I am going to rush to the dealership to trade it in on a 14'. The 8 speed, 8.4inch radio, new instrument cluster, and led headlights and adaptive hid's are neat and wish I had it, I think I will wait until 2016 when the total redesign happens and see. Although Jeep did do an awesome job with this update, it is just not worth a bigger car payment than I already have.

1.) Laredo and Limited
2.) Laredo (BUX)
3.) Limited-Summit
4.) SRT

Edit: BUX means export
