You also get the extra leather on the dash wth Overland. What color interior are you considering?

I tried to tell you! Overland has a higher value down the road as well.

I was just told by a dealer they won't have pricing for approx. two months. Hopefully that's not the case.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I think I would still stick with the black interior, would have to look at the Indigo/Black...

The thing that is going to get it is price. The wife isn't happy now I want to spend $40k on a vehicle.

That is what Pat told me he got back from his Supply Chain manager.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I'm sold on the 2014 JGC! I was really thinking about the diesel but read that it's going to be priced more then the v8 option. Question is, how much more??

It would be nice if it was a little more then the gas v6...wishful thinking i know. I'll test drive the diesel but i'm sure it'll be out of my price range to add as an option on an Overland.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Damn. The question is how many 2013s will still be around in two months if it turns out the 2014s cost more than I'd like to spend...

Anyone remember where the pictures are for the Indigo interior?

If that's the case, I'm really happy not to be in the market right now. When placing an order, I'd like to know what I'm supposed to pay for it..

Price it the way they do it on Jeep's website.

MSRP $50,000
Down Payment $ 5,000
Trade In $12, 000
---------------------
Sellig Price $33,000

It's quite deceptive caling that the selling price, but that's the way Jeep does it, and you are buying a Jeep.

Sadly, the price has to be alot lower than that for me to get it. If I go off Invoice from last year, it is about $40k before TTL...We shall see!!!

Hey, I've got dibs on that!

Unlike Bill, I think the Overland looks more expensive than the Limited with the gray trim. But that actually might be why I may re-think a loaded Limited. 20 years ago, my next door neighbor and I both had 1993 GC's in dark blue, mine a Laredo and his a Limited, which back then had body-colored trim around the wheel openings. I thought mine looked more rugged; and the 2014 Limited looks more rugged to me than the Overland. But then there's that great Indigo Blue interior....

Decisions, decisions. Sure wish "Build and Price" were available now for the 2014's.
