Order banks opened on June 8th, 2011.
Initial pricing was released on August 1st, 2011
Price increase was announced on August 10th, 2011 (major increase on option packages)
Price increase of $200 on May 1, 2012

End of 2012 model year starting MSRP: $61,985

End of 2013 model year starting MSRP: $61,290

(2013 pricing did not go down, options were just rearranged)

A better comparison of pricing is to look at the approx. "loaded" prices:

Start of 2012 model year - loaded: $61,455

End of 2013 model year - loaded: $66,915 (+ $2,500 for Vapor/Alpine)

Start of 2014 model year - $ TBA

It will be interesting to see what they do for pricing - in 18 months a loaded Jeep SRT has taken a price hike of almost $5,500...

I'm buying tomorrow blind, but I agreed to pay MSRP for my SRT so hopefully I don't get home schooled too badly.

I kind of was expecting this. No one really mentioned it yesterday and it was only mentioned in the package description. Any idea whether this will a late availability?

Any news on the stop and go feature?
Lane Departure is not mentioned for Canada, I should have info for the U.S. sometime Tuesday afternoon. "Enhanced Adaptive Cruise Control" is what they are calling it now, which *might* mean it has the Stop/Go feature. Jeep is still "tweaking" all of the 2014 info so still typos, confusing info etc. Hopefully it will all be straightened out soon.

Ah ha!

Perfect, many thanks!

Looks like they did create either a native app or an HTML5 app for *atleast* the WindowsPhone devices (so WinPhone 7.5 and WinPhone8).

I hope that doesn't mean that it will fall away everywhere as I don't see a reason why Jeep would not offer this in Canada but in the US.

Generally I was surprised that this feature was added and noone really noted this/commented on it. I believe you need new systems to make this feature work, i.e. a camera, as the existing radar sensors will not be able to deliver the information that system needs. Thus it is one of the more complex improvements.

But, it's not as easy as, say, Silver.

Silver you can ignore washing for weeks, it just looks like a different petina.

White shows the road dust/dirt (down by the wheels and such) as bad as black does in my opinion. But it doesn't show up as baddly on the hood and upper facia/wheel arches.

However, a scratch or scuff DOES stick out like a sore thumb, especially on the bumpers as they appear to be made of molded black plastic.
Temerarius, your comments worry me. I have looked at Robo's white pictures. White was my pick because I thought it was the second best to keep clean (behind silver). Spoke to a guy who just bought the Deep Cherry Red today....it looked stunning but he said keeping it clean was almost as bad as black. I called in to a dealer today and looked at all the colours and again other than the silver the white looked the cleanest. I wonder what others have experienced with reference to dirt showing up on their cars? I would really like to buy the white.

Hey Milous --
I love your dedication to bring all of us the best information available. As I read the info you linked to on the content of the models , it looks like leather interior is Not available on the Laredo E ? Just a bit confused trying to decipher..
