I don't see the difference in standard features between the Laredo and the E there , just the options list. The info that I have seen so far, shows that if I want the 8.4" RA3 radio, trailer tow, and Off road 1, I need to get the laredo E. That is really all the options I want, if I could get it with just the Laredo, I would.

Thanks, trying to figure out how limited you are in options if you just buy the Laredo.

Milous has the press releases on his website which show the differences. I think the E is similar on the 2014 as it is on the 2013 in that it gives you a power drivers seat, partally silver/chrome roof rails, more color options, and you also need the E group if you want any of the options/option packages.

In addition, according to a document that Pat posted here yesterday, the base non-E Laredo isn't going to start being built until July.

Keep in mind that it may not be totally 100% accurate -- for example, the ParkView/ParkSense is listed as an option on the Laredo E but it's not listed on the order bank website, right now at least.

Sorry, but I don't think so. It's a stand alone for the Overland, but the Overland comes standard with Quadra Lift. On the limited it looks like it's only in the package.

You can check it out yourself in post 1 in the ordering thread.

Sorry I wasn't more clear -- on an Overland V8 4x4 (which comes standard with Quadra-Lift and Quadra-Trac II), you can order Quadra-Drive II as a stand-alone option without buying the off-road package. I don't think you can get Quadra-Drive II without Quadra-Lift.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

How does the quadra-lift air suspension affect handling and ride? Does it improve or detract from the ride or handling performance? All I know is that it can raise and lower the vehicle. Can it also help level the vehicle if you have a load on the hitch?

Ya, that's how it was last year. I just don't want to deal with the QL 5 to 10 years down the road but I really want the ELSD. At least the Overland may not have that bright orange wood in it this year. But now no flipper, can't win!

LOL...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Has anybody found info on the flash drive music option? At first I was thinking I'd have to get the cd player but the more I think of it the more just a fully loaded sd card would be pretty nice. Sure beats hooking my ipod up to anything.
