I think it's worth every penny. With the way I drive anyways. The indicators in the mirrors to let you know there is a vehicle beside you comes in nice.

Are the headlights on the limited HID, just without the LED DRL's?

To get the HiD headlights on the Limited you have to have the Luxury package.

Do share the monent of enlightenment concerning the Lux Group becoming available without the CRD. I'm almost excited!

Me too. Does anyone know if the LED DRLs can be turned off?

Agreed and I love using cruise control for highway driving and hate having to manually adjust because the car ahead decides they want to drop their speed 5-10 mph.

Why can't you believe it? Is it rare that people pick other than black? Are you talking srt?

I read that in order to get into 4 wheel low you need to be coasting at 3 - 5 mph. Prior vehicles I owned you had to be standing still.

Does this mean if you are in 4 wheel high and get stuck you can't switch to low until you get moving again? That makes no sense to me.
This happens sometimes with my WJ, it doesn't engage the other range if it's not moving enough. I just turn off the engine and then I am able to re-engage. I was a little worried about this at first too but it hasn't been a problem. I guess i should note that my transfer case has an actual mechanical shifter.

From the base Laredo to the "E" both without any options the inclusions with the "E" are
More available colors
Sirius XM radio
Power driver seat
The other significant difference is the ability to add options. Almost if not all of the items listed as "O" on the "E" are "-" on the base...even the tow package and all weather group.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

If this was already mentioned, let me know and I'll delete the post.

Both the user's guide and owner's manual for the 2014 GC are available for download at Jeep.com under the owners tab.

Also on base Laredo, no roof rails, no Sat radio.

Wow when they say base Laredo they mean it. I don't think I've seen a WK2 without rails of any kind...

Granite Crystal Metallic. May not have the Jeep, but I'll still drop in and keep up with the news.
